Delivery is free for all orders. We will make our best effort to consolidate orders so that we are using as few packaging materials as possible. Rural or remote addresses may incur a delivery fee. Please get in touch to find out more.
Bikes will take approximately 7 working days to arrive. All other courier items generally take 3-4 working days. Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for rural delivery.
If you have selected the Click and Collect delivery option, your selected bike shop will contact you when your bike arrives with them. They will also let you know when the bike has been assembled, is tuned and ready for collection.
If your order hasn't arrived, please check with your local post office in case they have your order. If you're still having issues, please contact us by emailing; info@trifour.co.nz and we will be able to help you out.
No, we don't ship to P.O Boxes. We ship to all residential or business addresses, and offer a free click and collect service for all orders that contain a bike or an electric bike.
No, unfortunately not. Our distribution agreements restrict us to delivering within New Zealand only.
Trifour partner with several independent bike stores across New Zealand. If your order includes any type of bike, you qualify for our free Click and Collect option (selected at the checkout stage). If your order contains an e-bike, you MUST use the Click and Collect option, as the e-bike needs to be assembled by a qualified mechanic to honour the warranty. Click and Collect orders usually take 7-10 days (including assembly time).
You can view our list of bike stores or simply select your preferred store at the checkout. We will deliver the bike to your selected store, it will be assembled and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for collection. We'll get you riding as soon as possible.
When you select Click & Collect, your order will take approximately 7 days to arrive at your selected bike shop. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for the bike to be assembled and tuned. If you require your items by a certain date, please contact us before completing your order.
Click & Collect is only available for bikes. If your order contains a bike and an orthopaedic item, we will deliver all items to the same (click and collect) address.
Click & Collect is a FREE service for all bikes and a necessary delivery method for ALL electric bike orders.
Yes please! You will need to present a copy of your confirmation email when you are collecting your order. The original email on your phone is fine.
You can Click & Collect from any of our nationwide network of Cube dealers. If you do not have a Cube dealer at a location near you, then we will discuss a suitable alternative for you. Get in touch by emailing info@trifour.co.nz.

Yea, all pricing on our website is in New Zealand dollars.
If you choose the Click & Collect option, bicycles will be fully assembled by a mechanic from your selected store.
Non click and collect orders will require you to assemble the bike yourself - this usually involves attaching the front wheel and aligning and tightening the bars. It would also pay to check over all screws and test the brakes.
All electric bikes must be assembled by a qualified Cube bicycle mechanic.
You can take your bike to a Cube dealer nearest to you, or to your preferred local bike shop. All Cube electric bikes must be serviced by a Cube/Bosch certified mechanic. Find a fully qualified Cube mechanic near you - click here.
We accept pre-authorised returns that meet our terms. Please contact us by emailing info@trifour.co.nz for any returns queries.
We accept returns provided that the item is in brand-new and unused condition and has the original packaging completely intact. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. In some cases, it may be more efficient to return items to your local Cube dealer. Please contact us and we can arrange your return.
